Carlos Sainz could not finish with a good result the second race of the weekend in the Circuit of Spa, where he entered the World Series round with the Zeta Corse Team. Yesterday, a clutch breakdown left him out of the race in the first lap; today, after reaching the eight position in the ranking, the first race was a completely different story. Carlos had a great start and he reached the sixth position, but whilst braking, he experienced difficulties with one of his wheels. From this moment on, he had almost no visibility and the tires kept getting worse and worse. When he was defending his position in the last part of the race, he received a hit that forced him out. Despite not being able to finish any of the two weekend races, the Red Bull driver gained experience in this circuit and will benefit from it in his forthcoming competition in this racetrack for the GP3 Series.
